Eugene Harvey has been working with human resource and payroll solutions for over 30 years. He has re-joined Frontier Software after 20 years at HRIT, a company he founded with the specific charter of delivering management information solutions in the workforce. With a passion for workforce analytics, his key focus at HRIT was HR and payroll management reporting and analytics. It is this expertise that he now brings to Frontier Software, and he is already heavily involved in a number of exciting and innovative projects.
David Keen is part of KPMG’s HR Advisory practice focusing on technology-enabled HR Transformation. Over the past 20 years, David has worked on multiple HR and Payroll transformations across industry sectors with a keen interest in pragmatic and measurable business outcomes. David currently works with clients to design their HR operating model components around customer experience outcomes - research by KPMG shows that organisations able to directly align their employee KPIs with customer outcomes are shown to outperform those that don’t.
Joshua Reader joined Medibank in 2012 and is the Head of People Services. He is responsible for Medibank’s payroll operations, HR shared services team and continuous improvement functions. He most recently oversaw the successful implementation of SAP SuccessFactors. His expertise includes payroll, time and attendance, workforce planning and delivery of HR operations solutions.
